NOTICE FOR S.G.M - Special General Body Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that The Special General-Body Meeting of SIDDHIVINAYAK CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING LTD, Asha Nagar, Kandivali (E), Mumbai-400 101 will be held on Sunday, 02nd August, 2026, at 11.00 a.m. in the Society premises, where following business will be transacted.

AGENDA FOR S.G.M.

  1. To discuss and decide and take decision whether the society should go for Cluster-redevelopment of the society building along with Sahyadri, Ashirwad CHS Ltd. & other societies in the lay out, as per Section 79A of MCS Act, 1960.
  2. To Adopt the Cluster feasibility report received from M/S Palash PMC LLP.
  3. To appoint Advocate & PMC for Cluster redevelopment.
  4. To appoint Advocate for our Society consultation. (Only for Siddhivinayak CHSL.).
  5. To appoint two members preferably from each wing to represent our Society in the Cluster Redevelopment committee of the layout with other Societies along with Managing Committee office bearers (Chairman, Secretary & Treasurer) & Expert Director.

CCTV System Upgrade

The society is upgrading its CCTV surveillance system with new high-definition cameras. The installation work will be completed by end of this month.
